Although I never planned on teaching, I’ve found great satisfaction in the few classes I’ve taught. I approach instruction not from a place of mastery, but with the understanding that learning is a continuous process. Having started school later in life, I’m still close to the learning journey and enjoy sharing the strategies I’ve developed in recent years. It’s particularly rewarding to see what my students create once they learn to work quickly, adaptively, and discover the tools that suit them best.
My favorite classes to teach are Network Media and Game Design and Prototyping, especially when focusing on experimental game development.
