Lots of lovely finds recently while doing research, in particular some period appropriate hypercard stacks, some of which I was able to reach their creator.
This one is called “Fantasy Language Creator and it’s a gem. Just look at it-
It looks like it was made by a BBS Sysop in Austin too- the name sounds familiar. I might have known this guy.
There were also handful of other hypercard stacks for generating map Continents and planetary woo by a very helpful RPG writer named Sean Reynolds-
