I have graduated and I am back in Austin. All of my stuff is still in a u-haul box on a long drive here from Los Angeles.
I had a Grotto pair programming session today with @thismatters- The action palette at the bottom of detail pages, which has always been kind of confusing, now has contextual verbs on it. This is big, because it finally makes organs useful- i.e. you can sniff an item in a dark room with a nose, which gets you to a details page, and on that page you’d have a pick up verb, so you can pick up a thing even when it’s otherwise hidden. This also establishes a pattern where an item has one verb in the main interface but could have a list of verbs in its own detail page.
