Big leap forward today- passing through a door in grotto gives it a color marking of its connecting room, letting you know what path you’ve taken. The maze is still disorienting, there are no cardinal directions in the map view, but you leave a breadcrumb trail as you traverse it.

Some work on signposting room care timers but it still needs a lot more polish.

Yesterday was a quarterly review and I practiced talking about the project- always too much to say, too many entry points and ways of looking at it. DMX Lighting control using mosquitto and the game api works now though (at the last minute), and that bodes well for other wifi microcontroller devices talking to the game, like the kneeling pad from Mud Room and the doorknob controller.
